André is CEO of the company and tunnel manager for the Gullmarsplan and Sockenplan projects. He has worked in Norway and Sweden in the tunneling industry for more than 15 years and is known in the industry for his competence, professionalism, honesty and reliability. Driven by constantly finding new ways to make work more efficient.

Per is Tunnelgruppens senior advisor and CFO. He know better how to run a tunnel project than drive a car.

Marco has worked for several years as KMA manager in tunnel projects and has broad expertise in business development, ISO work and is very process-oriented. Passion, creativity and commitment to work are his cornerstones.

Ricky started his working life in the mine as a teenager, and after a number of decades he has finally found his way back to mining. Experience in the industry, competence in law, contract management, corporate governance and investment. What more do you need? Ricky is a great asset to the company's development and growth.

Therése is supporting Tunnelgruppen in economical and financial aspects, from accounting, invoicing, taxation to prognosis and loans. You can ring her at 2 am in the morning asking about accounting the purchase of a space shuttle and she will give you the right answer.

Coffe and time plan, that's what Bruno has everyday for breakfast. He even books his hotel through primavera or powerproject. Dedication, patience, attention to detail, numbers and a bit of nerd attitude are what make Bruno the best tender engineer in town.

Rickard is one of the veteran of the team, his main tasks are support production optimisation, training and planning.

David has been working with the Tunnelgruppen crew for many years and knows well the group spirit and set of working. He has an in depth knowledge about running a tunnel project from production to econonomy and HSEQ. Thanks to his amazing committment and knowledge he significantly contributes to the success of the project.

Sami has been working for more than 15 years as mechanic and machine manager in Norway and Sweden. He has probably seen more machines than people in his life.

Therese is TunnelGruppen HR coordinator. She takes care of the administrative and organisational matters of the company and makes sure that everything is in place.

Micke has enormous experience and is one of the veterans in the team, always acting calmly and confidently regardless of the situation. He has been building tunnels all over the world for most of his working life.

'Rulle' as he is called, is Tunnelgruppen's chief surveyor with tremendous experience, having been involved in building infrastructure all over the world. Able to navigate the tunnel without digital tools if needed, he is still driven to find solutions to problems that most others fear. He loves adventure and photography, you never know where his next trip will lead.

Luca has a background as civil engineer and is working as senior site engineer / site manager . He is extremely passionate and dedicated, give him a tasks and consider it done as it should.

Mattias has been working with many tunnelgruppers for many years. Versatile and smart, he has great competence also in concrete works.

Sander coordinates the team of engineers making sure that production can run smooth fullfilling contractual requirements. He is always on top of everything like a proper flying dutchman.

Abbe is an versatile and meticolous engineer, get things done with high quality and limited time, never stressing out. A key player in the team.

Per is Tunnelgruppen's mechanical engineer. He helps with everything needed to keep the machine department spinning, from orders, service, spare parts to making sure we can produce non-stop. Together with his positive energy and attitude, he is now a great help to our mechanics and to the Tunnel Group Operation!

KMA, purchasing and administrator queen! Sofia really helps with everything that is needed in the projects, always with joy. She juggles numbers and makes sure every purchase and invoice is flawless (and also sharp with social media).

Tomas holds a master's degree in Geotechnical and Underground Engineering and has nearly 5 years of experience in tunneling. He is an extremely competent engineer with the technical expertise to find optimal solutions for completing project challenges efficiently.

Diana holds a master degree in geotechnical engineering and has been working in tunnel projects from 2022. Professionalism, dedication, attention to detail are her cornerstone. She takes care of the planning and follow up of the shotcrete, grouting, bolting and blasting works on site and make sure that everything is according to client requirements.

Vendela has a background as an urban and community planner and has worked as a project engineer at Sweco and the Swedish Transport Administration. How she embarked on a new challenge with Tunnelgruppen as KMA and sustainability engineer, takes care of Tunnelgruppen KMA & sustainable work and supports the management group in business development.

Calle has worked as a surveyor together with Tunnelgruppen's team for more than 5 years. Calle is calm, meticulous and has passion for her job. Together with Rulle, Calle forms an unbeatable team. He also has a world travel with a sealing boat e on his CV.

Production, production and production. Jonte has one focus and he knows how to do it thanks to his 15 years of experience in Swedish and Norwegian tunneling project in his luggage.

Alexander is one of our shift supervisor. He has worked all his life in the tunnel and mining industri, in Norway and Sweden. Hard to beat him about drilling and blasting.

Pelle, our supervisor, is a master at juggling tasks under stress - almost like a circus performer! His secret? Ten cups of coffee and incredible patience. He always gets the job done, with a smile and without losing control (or his mind)!

Daniel is the steadfast captain for the work management, who with skill and determination steers the team’s course. His skills extend to effectively keeping the projects rolling and ensure the success of its implementation!

H-P is one of the Foreman of the team. He is originally from Finland and have been working in several infrastructure and mining projects since 2010. Skilled shotcreter and excellent group leader, straightforward and goal oriented.

Jon-Erik is one of the foreman of the team. Have been in the tunnel industry for more than ten years in sweden and norway. Reliable, always focused and versatile, perfect foreman for the team.

Niklas is one of our most skilled driller of the team, patient, focused and self-driven.

Henrik is one of our grouting and shotcreting guru. Thanks to many years of experience in Norway and Sweden, he always finds the right solution for every problem.

Give Fredrik a task and consider it done. Faster and Better than expected, as Tunnelgruppers do. Fredrik has been growing a lot in the last years in the team and now has a key role, a real ”unicorn” in the tunnelling business.

André is an exceptional and versatile foreman. Skilled machine operator, injector and blaster. He has no problem completing tasks in a short amount of time with flawless quality. Skilled leader who drives the team and tunnel forward.

Johan has been sitting more time in a drill rig than in a sofa at home. Hard to find a better driller in Sweden.

Jacob is one of the youngest tunnel workers of the project. Despite that, he is already performing well and is always motivated to get new challenges. Great machine driver, he listens and executes.

Perra is one of the most dedicated and focused worker in the team. He has been working for almost 15 years in the tunnel industri as driller and blaster, silent and efficient.

Ossi is one of the most skilled driller in the team. He has been working for almost 15 years in the tunnel industri in Finland and Sweden as driller and blaster.

Richard has a broad competence in all the tunnel steps, from drilling to grouting. Skilled blaster that handle electronic detonators like a piece of cake.

Toni is an experienced machine operator and reinforcer. Never complains and always solves problems. Great asset to have in the team.

Bror is one of our most skilled charger of the team, patient, meticolous and careful of the details. If you want to know how to blast in difficult conditions, just ask him.

Lukasz have been working for almost 15 years in large tunnel infrastructure projects between Sweden and Norway. He is versatile since has broad knowledge of all the tunnel steps, from shotcrete to drilling and grouting.

Andreas should be duplicated in a laboratory to have at least one of him in each shift. He is one of the most experienced workers in the team and one of the best people to work with, you are guaranteed to never get bored.

Hampus is an exceptional and multitasking worker. Skilled machine driver, grouter and shotcreter. He does not have problem to carry out tasks in short time with an flawless quality. Great person to have in the team

Hunting moose and working in tunnel, you can be sure that Robin knows how to do it. Dedicated person, skilled and hard worker and amazing team player.

Albin is doing a great work ensuring that production will never stop. So young and so good, there is a bright future in front of him, irreplaceable.

Ekenstein is like a whirlwind in the tunnel, always looking for the next moment in the tunnel cycle. Always working hard to get ahead.

For many is known as ”lyfta****”, Johan has become more a more a key role of the tunnel team. Careful of details and accurate, he is an exceptional machine driver and grouter.

Marek is a tireless worker, legend says that once he has been bolting for 72 hours in a row without eating or drinking. He is a dedicated and careful worker, striving to go forward and helping in everything is needed.

Anders can't live without a tunnel, and the tunnel probably can't go on without him. A real mentor to many of our young people in the team, always positive and still driven by work.

Patrik is a skilled machinist and versatile tunnel worker. He has been working several years in the mining industri and has recently joined the Tunnelgruppen team, ready to take it to the next step!

David is one of our youngest worker of the team but he is already demonstrating his dedication. Eager to learn, humble and hard worker.

William is one of our youngest worker of the team but he has an incredible potential to become a great Tunnelgrupper. As a real "Norrlänningar", he is quite, focused and meticolous.

Tom originally comes from the construction industry, but after Hannu-Pekka has taken him under his wing, he will soon become our next professional in rock reinforcement.

Despite his young age, Kevin is already a competent worker. He works calmly and carefully in the tunnels and always delivers high quality. When he's snowmobiling, however, he's anything but calm.

Anna has many years of experience as a tunnel mechanic and is extremely thorough in everything she does. Knows what she wants and is very clear, shows who is in charge in the workshop.

Versatile mechanic with broad experience and knowledge from both industry and construction in Norway and Sweden. He can both build grills and use them ;)

Markus is working as tunnel worker and has a background in surface drilling. He is the star of the P-Boltaren and has already drilled his way deep into the team's heart. With his exuberant energy and charm, he is more than just an operator - he is the team's shining ray of sunshine.

Pontus has more than half a decade of experience in the industry. In addition to tunneling, he helps with some mech work when needed. Meticulous, accurate and efficient.

When Bob started with us, he had driven machines all his working life and has now continued his journey towards a complete miner.

Jussi, our tunnel machine mechanic, is an expert in underground adventures and has fixed more machines than anyone can count. With a wrench as a magic wand and humor as fuel, he keeps both machines and colleagues in top shape!

Andrzej has been working in tunnels in norway and sweden from 2014. Competent machine driver, hard worker and a fun person to work with, you will for sure not be disappointed by his skills and profesionalissm!

Miroslaw got under the wing of Andrzei and has been a great support to the team, thanks to his positive and hard working attitude.

Lukasz started his life building log cabins. We don’t know what made him love to build tunnels, but we do know that he is careful and structured and likes to have things in order.

Fredrik has a background as a heavy duty mechanic and has worked for more than 5 years in the mining industry. He is a great asset to the team.
